Warehouse Support Associates Overnight

Position

Ryder is hiring Permanent Full Time Warehouse Associates in Hagerstown, MD.

• Hourly Pay $19.75 per hour
• Third Shift Premium $1.50 per hour when working third shift
• Schedule Third Shift Monday-Friday 10:00 pm - 6:30 am

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 6 months of related warehouse experience required; 1 year or more preferred
• Powered industrial truck operator required; certification
• Ability to read and do basic mathematics in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to input data into WMS computer system
• Work overtime as assigned
• Teamwork and independent work skills
• Fast‑paced environment self‑driven
• Multi‑tasking, organization, time management, detail oriented
• Advanced forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker proficiency intermediate required

• Package, kit and assemble orders and materials
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers, ensure scanning completed correctly
• Help train dock employees on new procedures, investigate and resolve scanning issues
• Perform picking and packing duties, verify product damage
• Perform assigned tasks per policies and procedures including material handling
• Perform material moves with associated physical/logical transactions
• Participate in workgroup and team activities for continuous improvement
• Perform housekeeping duties for assigned area
• Perform other duties as assigned
