• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years or more of warehouse experience
• Two (2) years or more of powered industrial lift experience
• Ability to:
• Read, do basic mathematics, understand and respond to written and verbal instructions in English for safety, work instructions, policies, etc.
• Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Input data into computer system(s) in use
• Work overtime as assigned
• Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Work independently and as a member of a team
• Capable of multi‑tasking, highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Flexibility to operate and self‑driven to excel in a fast‑paced environment
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
• Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., stand‑up/sit‑down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks) and maintain them (battery change, recognize common mechanical issues) – advanced level
• May be required to operate manual or automated other warehouse/manufacturing equipment (e.g., packaging line) – intermediate level preferred
• Powered industrial truck certification preferred
• Safety Sensitive Position
• Operate fork‑lift equipment or other warehouse machinery

Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

• Provide corrective maintenance to AGV units that have stopped or are not working as expected.
• Manually override or complete the job the AGV unit failed to complete.
• Track issues/repairs and utilize escalation process.
• Be aware of and follow location and work center safety and security policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• May be required to perform other warehouse functions.
• May be required to train others in various warehouse functions, including the safe operation of various powered industrial lift equipment.
