Warehouse Shipping Clerk

Job Summary

We are hiring a Permanent Full‑Time Warehouse Shipping Clerk in Hagerstown, Maryland. The role supports distribution across the United States and involves daily shipping/receiving activities.

Hourly Pay: $23.45 per hour. Weekly pay. Schedules:

• First Shift – Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
• Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two (2)+ years experience with SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Adaptability to fast‑paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels
• Multi‑task, highly organized, excellent time‑management skills
• Team player and independent worker
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up
• Intermediate PC skills in MS Office
• Intermediate SAP and WMS knowledge
• Safety Sensitive Position: may require equipment certification

• Check truck drivers in and out
• Assign dock doors per inbound/outbound activity, vendor assignment
• Verify accuracy of shipping/receiving documentation and resolve issues with inventory department
• Assist with appointment scheduling as needed
• Update required reports in a timely manner
• Communicate with customers and address customer needs
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads
• Perform other duties as assigned
