Join Schneider for the CDL-A - Dedicated Team truck driver - Harley-Davidson role.

Haul motorcycle parts and engines in dry van trailers. 100% no-touch and 60% drop-and-hook freight. 7 loads per week. Drive east of the Rocky Mountains. Take your dog or cat on the road with our Team Pet Policy.

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus:
  Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

• Must be a formed team.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (if interested in company-paid CDL training).
• Live within 75 miles of Carlisle, PA or York, PA.
