• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software products and integrations. Resolve software problems, utilize appropriate software development and design methodologies. Provide requirement analysis from system to component level. Debug existing software and correct defects. Design and code new or modify existing software to add features.
• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance standards.
• Debug and correct defects in existing software.
• Recommend improvements for documentation and development process standards.
• Design or modify software to add features.
• Integrate existing software into new or modified systems.
• Develop simple data queries for databases or data repositories.
• Write or review system documentation.
• Serve as team lead appropriate to the project and development process.
• Design or implement complex database interfaces/queries.
• Develop algorithms to meet system performance and standards.
• Assist with testing procedures for software components.
• Analyze system performance and develop software solutions accordingly.
• Modify existing software for errors, hardware adaptation, or performance improvements.
• Design, develop, and modify software using scientific and mathematical models.
• Implement complex algorithms with strict timing and resource constraints; perform quality control.
• Recommend process improvements for documentation and development standards.
• Oversee multiple software development teams, ensuring adherence to process constraints.
• Coordinate with system and hardware engineers for requirements and capabilities.
• Monitor software system installation and operation.
• Recommend new technologies and processes for complex projects.
• Serve as technical lead for multiple development teams.
• Select development processes in coordination with clients and engineers.
• Ensure quality control of all software products.
• Delegate responsibilities and monitor team performance.

• Twenty (20) years’ experience as a Software Engineer in similar scope, type, and complexity programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or four (4) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
