Auto Body Technician

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our expanding body shop team. This role involves performing collision repair, bodywork, and refinishing on cars, light-duty trucks, commercial trucks, and trailers. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, solid repair techniques, and a commitment to producing high-quality results for every vehicle that comes through our doors.

• Perform body repairs on cars, light-duty trucks, commercial trucks, and trailers
• Repair, remove, and replace damaged panels, bumpers, fenders, and structural components
• Complete dent repair, fiberglass repair, sanding, priming, and surface preparation
• Conduct welding, fabrication, and frame straightening as needed
• Refinish and paint vehicles using proper prep and application techniques
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and safety
• Maintain detailed repair notes and communicate with supervisors on progress
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with shop safety standards

• 2+ years of auto body repair experience (experience with trucks or trailers is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques, tools, and refinishing processes
• Welding and fabrication skills required
• Ability to work independently and produce high-quality work on a variety of vehicles
• Capable of lifting 50+ pounds and performing physically demanding tasks
• Valid driver’s license required.
