** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures and assisting with access control and general inquiries at a retail distribution location.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior and exterior areas, including parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or operational concerns.

+ Monitor alarms, doors, gates, and camera systems as assigned, and document observations and unusual activity according to post orders.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including dispatching appropriate resources and supporting emergency response activities as directed.

+ Complete reports and shift logs for patrol activity, incidents, and security-related concerns, and communicate updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

* + Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
