Provide customer service to site personnel, drivers, and visitors by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Help to monitor access at truck gates, entrances, and yard areas by observing activity, verifying visitor and/or driver information as directed, and reporting irregularities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications and documenting actions taken;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, dock doors, trailer yards, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site;
Complete security-related reports and logs such as patrol activity, incident documentation, and shift turnover communications per location requirements
