• Prospecting new business
• Creating truck specifications
• Understanding customer needs and preparing quotations
• Managing the entire sales cycle from truck order to delivery
• Supporting sales of other dealership services
• Providing the best service possible in a fast, demanding pace

• 5+ years of sales experience in a truck dealership or related industry (truck leasing, rental, automotive, equipment, tractor, trailer, or other transportation sectors).
• Driven personality capable of succeeding in a highly competitive industry.
• Extensive experience and documented success prospecting and closing new business.
• Entrepreneurial and independent approach; no micromanagement or excessive forecasting/reporting.
• Strong industry knowledge and participation in trade shows and local associations.
• Above‑average written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, dealer management, and truck specification systems.
• Commercial Driver’s License required or willingness to obtain one.
• High school diploma required; some college preferred.

Location:

Hagerstown/Frederick, MD area. Salary range: $110,000–$125,000.
