• Greet and assist customers, answering questions and guiding them through the car-buying process
• Sell a minimum number of vehicles based on dealership goals
• Explain vehicle features, performance, and options to customers in an easy-to-understand way
• Conduct test drives while following dealership safety procedures
• Maintain strong product knowledge to match customers with the right vehicle
• Track sales activities daily, weekly, and monthly to improve performance
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale

• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Background in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality is highly valued
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
