We’re seeking a skilled Technical Quality Assurance Inspector III & IV to support aerospace/defense manufacturing by ensuring products meet engineering and quality standards.
NOTE:
Level IV position requires at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Inspect components and assemblies using calibrated tools and metrology equipment, including portable CMMs (ROMER Arm / Poly Works)
- Verify conformance to engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Inspect electrical wiring, harnesses, and assemblies
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 and internal quality procedures
- Document inspection results, non-conformances, and support root cause/corrective actions
- Partner with engineering, production, and quality teams
- Support internal and external audits as needed
- 3+ years of aerospace, aviation, or defense quality inspection experience
- Strong ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Hands‑on experience with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and portable CMMs
- Solid understanding of electrical wiring concepts and assembly practices
- Experience with AS9100 (ISO 9000 knowledge a plus)
