RN - ED - Night shift - Part Time. 630pm - 7am, 48 hrs biweekly. Up to $15,000 Sign on Bonus.

Our fast-paced Emergency Department is a MIEMSS Designated Level III Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Center, and Cardiac Interventional Center. We provide advanced emergency care to approximately 72,000 patients annually, including 3,800 trauma cases, utilizing cutting-edge technology and expertise. We specialize in the emergency treatment and stabilization of a broad spectrum of illnesses and injuries, including multi-system trauma, life-threatening medical conditions, general medical-surgical emergencies, orthopedic and neurological injuries, minor trauma, and psychiatric crises for both adult and pediatric patients.

• Collaborate with physicians, trauma surgeons, and emergency medicine experts in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting to deliver outstanding patient care.
• Provide nursing care in alignment with professional standards and compassionate practice.
• Utilize ED protocols for stabilization and treatment of a broad range of emergencies.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities (TNCC/ENPC on-site certifications available).

• Education:
  
  ASN required. BSN preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of one year in a hospital setting.
• Licensure/Certification:
  Current Maryland RN license;
  Compact state license may be considered with additional documentation as required by the Maryland Board of Nursing. Specialty certification preferred.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  Ability to apply professional nursing standards with compassion and empathy; basic computer skills; strong organization and communication skills.
