Medical Surgical Nurse - Adult and Pediatric Experience Required

Schedule

Night shift, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Nurse with expertise in both adult and pediatric care. This position is on a medical-surgical floor with a total of 26 beds, including 8 pediatric beds. The role requires strong nursing skills and the ability to work with diverse patient populations.

• Provide nursing care for adult and pediatric patients in a medical-surgical setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize Epic charting system for patient documentation.
• Adhere to patient ratios of 1:5 for adults and 1:4 for pediatric patients.

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a medical-surgical environment.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
• Experience in telemetry and critical care settings preferred.
