• Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing practice, ensuring compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in psychiatric care
• Direct, coach, and develop nursing leadership and staff to promote accountability, professional growth, and clinical excellence
• Ensure effective coordination of inpatient psychiatric nursing services across the continuum of care
• Lead quality improvement, patient після safety, and performance improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with medical staff, executive leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to advance clinical outcomes and service delivery
• Manage departmental budgets, staffing models, and resource utilization
• Foster a culture of open communication, ethical practice, and patient- and family-centered care
• Serve as a nursing liaison to organizational committees and external partners

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
• Master’s degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing, or its equivalent, from a school of nursing accredited by the National League for Nursing is preferred
• Incumbents will be required to obtain a Master’s degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing, or its equivalent, within four (4) years of hire

• Five (5) years of supervisory experience in a progressively responsible healthcare environment
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an inpatient psychiatric healthcare setting

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maryland or eligibility for Maryland licensure

• Strong leadership, communication, and change-management skills
• Demonstrated expertise in psychiatric nursing practice and operations
• Experience with quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and performance management
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse clinical and administrative teams
