RN - Behavioral Health - Part Time - Dayshift

64 hrs biweekly, 6:30am - 7:00pm.

Mental health disorders can take a serious toll on the mind and body. Meritus Health has an 18-bed adult inpatient unit which admits patients 24 hours a day through the hospital's Emergency Department or by physician referral.

• State of the art Emergency Department and Level III Trauma Center – we see close to 75,000 patients in our ED every year
• Meritus also has the county’s only after-hours emergency psychiatric on-site crisis assessment team as part of the Emergency Department

• We have a Level II Special Care Nursery and nearly 2,000 babies are born each year in our Family Birthing Center

• One of only 3,000 facilities in the world to have an age-friendly designation, Level III Geriatric Emergency Department Accreditation
• Meritus Medical Center has 2 types of surgical robots- the da Vinci Xi® and the ROSA®. Our surgeons utilize these devices to assist surgery in 6 specialty areas.

• ASN Required. BSN Preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current Maryland RN license or eligible for
• Current BLS
