As a Forklift Operator
, you’ll move pallets and other materials throughout the warehouse, supporting production requirements and loading/unloading customer trailers. You may also sort pallets by hand and repair damaged wooden pallets in some locations. This role is vital to the success of our Relogistics site.

Hourly Pay: $17.00/hr

Shift(s): 1st Shift Wednesday - Saturday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm

Location: Hagerstown, MD 21740

• Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging area using Relogistics forklift equipment
• Operate forklifts with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times
• Hand‑sort wooden pallets, when required
• Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun, when required
• Maintain a clean & safe working environment

• High School Diploma or GED
• Forklift certification preferred
• 1‑3 years of forklift experience
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, welding, roofing, or construction is strongly preferred
• Willingness to work in a labor intensive environment
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Willing to work overtime as needed

• Ability to work in extreme conditions including heat, cold, and air particulate
• Repetitive adjustment of body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and sit in a forklift for entire shifts of varying lengths
• Noise level depends on location
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, and color vision
• May be required to lift pallets by hand, each weighing between 50 lbs. to 75 lbs
