, you'll lead a team making real impact—supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living full, meaningful lives.

• Lead 4–6 residential homes across Washington County
• Supervise & mentor 30–40 dedicated DSPs
• Create a positive, inclusive team culture
• Help individuals thrive at home and in the community
• Partner with families, guardians, and professionals

• $47,500–$55,000/year (based on experience)

• Associate’s degree required;
  Bachelor’s in Human Services preferred
• 1+ year of supervisory/management experience
• 1+ year supporting individuals with disabilities
• Mentoring experience a plus
• Age 21+ with valid U.S. driver’s license (2+ years driving experience)
• Ability to lift/transfer 50 lbs
• Must pass a reading/math test, background check, drug screen & physical
