What Your Day‑to‑day Will Look Like- Assign work activities and monitor team performance
- Instruct associates on proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures and housekeeping requirements
- Maintain availability of tools, materials and supplies
- Oversee equipment usage and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs
- Manage inventory, monitor levels and perform merchandise reconciliation
- Assist with problem resolution to maximize associate productivity
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong math skills and solid analytical ability
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
