We are currently seeking Field Service Technicians who have the same desire to prove that industry can do it!

Pay Range: 28K - 38K (rate offered will be commensurate with experience)

Your role will be to:

* Set up, integrate, and thoroughly test equipment and systems at client locations to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.

* Demonstrate equipment performance and capabilities to customers, confirming proper operation and satisfaction with system standards.

* Provide rapid support for critical equipment failures to minimize downtime.

* Perform emergency repairs by diagnosing technical issues and implementing effective and timely solutions.

* Educate and assist clients on proper equipment operation, maximizing efficiency and user confidence.

* Communicate clearly and proactively with customers and internal teams to provide timely service updates and maintain alignment.

* Serve as the primary technical liaison, managing customer interactions and ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of issues.

* Submit detailed service reports, including parts used, time spent, and corrective actions taken.

We are seeking someone who has a minimum of a High School diploma or GED. 2 years of field service experience and knowledge of precision cylindrical grinding. Centerless and double disc grinding knowledge is a plus. An understanding of CNC machines with servo drives & motors. And have programable Logic Controls such as Allen Bradley, Fanuc, Siemens, etc. If you are a self-starter, who is flexible and eager to travel 75% to engage with customers and is committed to an innovative work environment, then we are eager to change the world with you!
