Position: Onsite EAP Clinician (Licensed Counselor/Social Worker)

Overview

Cura Linc Healthcare is seeking a licensed counselor or social worker to provide onsite EAP services in the Hagerstown, MD area. This is a work-site based part-time/contract position (8 hours a month). The Onsite EAP Clinician provides short-term solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees and may participate in additional company-related activities as requested.

Responsibilities
  • Provides Short-Term, Solution-Focused Coaching and Consultation to Employees (In Person and Video/Telephonic)
  • Leads Topical and Support Groups for Employees
  • Conducts Employee and Supervisor EAP Training and Orientation Sessions
  • Provides Management Consultations
  • Provides On-Site Critical Incident Response
  • Participates in Health Fairs, Open Enrollment and Health Promotion Activities
  • Promotes the Program and Ensures Program Satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Master s Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (i.e. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
  • Post-Graduate Clinical Experience
  • Current Independent State License to Practice
  • Current Malpractice Insurance
  • Fundamental Understanding of MS Office
  • Experience in Work-Related Issues
  • EAP Experience Preferred
  • Experience in trauma
  • CEAP a Plus
