Supervisor Outpatient Practices- Gastroenterology

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts
• Mentor staff and support career development
• Set team goals and conduct annual performance evaluations
• Facilitate communication and coach staff on policies and procedures
• Manage staffing priorities and resource utilization
• Resolve conflicts and support service recovery initiatives

• Associate’s degree in Medical Office Management, Business Administration, or 2+ years medical office experience
• Maryland licensure as required by field
• Strong typing and computer skills;
  Excel, Word, PowerPoint preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and database systems

• Frequent walking, bending, crouching, and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Continuous attention to detail, multitasking, and communication (oral and written)
