• Dietary Manager — Full-time, Day shift, Manager on Duty rotation requirement
• Certified Dietary Manager or eligible for certification required

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Certified Dietary Manager Certification or willing to become certified
• 2+ years of experience in food service management
• Long term care dietary management experience preferred
• Inspects the Dietary Department daily to ensure that it is safe and sanitary
• Submits written reports to the administration as necessary
• Plans nutritionally balanced & therapeutic meals that reflect the likes and dislikes of residents, as well as Public Health regulations
• Responsible for food purchase, production, and timely service of meals
• Directs and supervises all dietary functions and personnel
• Hires, orients, trains, counsels, disciplines, and when appropriate, terminates dietary employees
• Ability to work independently or part of a group
• Computer knowledge
