In this role, you’ll deliver essential care and companionship to clients in Hagerstown, creating a positive impact on their quality of life. Responsibilities may include:

• Personal Care Assistance: Helping clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility to ensure their well‑being.
• Home Maintenance Support: Light housekeeping and meal preparation to create a safe, comfortable environment.
• Companionship and Engagement: Offering conversation and participating in activities that enrich clients’ lives.
• Care Plan Adherence: Following individualized care plans to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.

We’re seeking dependable, compassionate individuals who are ready to make a difference in Hagerstown. Essential qualifications include:

• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Prior experience in home care is a plus, though not required; we provide thorough training.
• Access to email and a mobile device for communication.
• A commitment to confidentiality and ethical care standards.

Our Caregivers never travel farther than 30 minutes or 30 miles from their own home. Our service areas include:

• Washington County, MD
• Frederick County, MD
