The Psychologist provides comprehensive behavioral health services to patients and clients across Brook Lane’s continuum of care. This role includes psychiatric/psychological testing, clinical care delivery consistent with privileging standards, leadership in multidisciplinary treatment planning, and supervision of assigned clinical staff.

What You’ll Do
  • Complete psychiatric/psychological testing and related evaluations
  • Provide comprehensive psychological care aligned with Brook Lane’s credentialing/privileging process
  • Provide leadership and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team
  • Supervise assigned clinical staff and provide consultation within your area(s) of expertise
  • Participate in peer review and continuous process improvement projects
  • Attend and actively participate in Medical Staff, committee, and treatment team meetings as required
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation per Brook Lane policy
  • Present at community education programs as requested
  • Support patient care across inpatient, PHP, and outpatient services as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited academic program
  • Current, valid license to practice psychology in Maryland
  • Successful completion of post-graduate training, including work with child and adolescent populations
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Documented continuing education and experience serving specialized populations
  • Membership in professional associations
  • For admitting Psychologists:
    Board certification in child & adolescent psychology preferred
