This role is focused on delivering client‑centered in‑home and community‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across Maryland. Our mission is to offer value‑driven clinical services by utilizing a naturalistic model of ABA therapy that focuses on play‑based, child‑led strategies. Base pay range$22.00/hr – $30.00/hr

Current cases are mostly occur M–F 3pm–8:30pm. Three hours of weekend availability preferred but not required.
Where:
Sessions take place in the child’s home, community, or school.
What you’ll earn: $25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on your experience and certifications (plus $500 sign‑on bonus after 90 days).
Day in the life as an RBTUnder the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll engage in rewarding healthcare work, implementing behavior plans, collecting data, and supporting clients’ skill development. You’ll collaborate with caregivers as a team to address clients' needs and maintain accurate documentation, all while demonstrating empathy and patience. This role involves supporting clients through various activities, including potty training and managing mild to moderate behaviors.

- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Patient, compassionate, and driven to help autistic children achieve their individualized goals.
- Experience flexing your approach with children through connection and engagement.
- Capable of working independently and thriving in a feedback‑driven environment.
- Ability to stand, sit, run, lift up to 30 libs, and perform CPR if necessary.
- Able to commit to scheduled sessions and locations consistently for a minimum of six months post‑placement.
- Completion or proof of completion of the 40‑Hour RBT course (or ability to complete this training and take the exam within 60 days of hire).
