Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with corporate standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles through data modeling, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
- SAP & Data Management
- Serve as a key user and subject matter expert for SAP (FI/CO modules), ensuring accurate data flow between systems and business functions.
- Develop reports and dashboards using SAP and Excel to streamline data retrieval and analysis.
- Maintain and enhance master data accuracy, ensuring data integrity across financial systems.
- Process Improvement & Automation
- Evaluate existing financial processes and identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve efficiency using technology and analytics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
- Support the rollout of digital finance initiatives and best practices across the region.
- Accounting & Compliance
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
- Review general ledger activity, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing documentation and analytical support as needed.
- Business Partnering
- Work closely with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive profitability and performance.
- Support the CFO and leadership team with ad hoc financial analyses and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA or MBA a plus but not required).
- 4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO) is strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, and modeling).
- Proven record of process improvement, automation, or system optimization within a finance function.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and data accuracy standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple competing priorities.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability in all financial practices.
- Reliability in meeting deadlines and delivering consistent, high-quality results while maintaining a strong sense of ownership in all tasks.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and collaboration.
