This is a wonderful opportunity to join a large, well-established behavioral health program dedicated exclusively to the care of children and adolescents. You'll work alongside a deeply supportive multidisciplinary team in an inpatient setting designed to provide focused, compassionate care while offering a schedule that supports balance and longevity.

Practice Details

• Inpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatry role focused solely on youth populations
• Join a collaborative group of 25 providers supported by more than 100 licensed therapists
• Multidisciplinary team includes child therapists, psychiatric nurses, and dedicated support staff
• Practice environment centered on comprehensive, patient- and family-focused care

Schedule

• 7 days on, 7 days off inpatient schedule
• 100% inpatient role with no outpatient responsibilities
• Structure allows for predictable time off and recovery between rotations

Compensation & Benefits

• Generous salary structure with a $250,000 sign-on bonus

Candidate Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
