The Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) business area provides affordable, turn-key command/control, communications, integrated ISR, force protection and security solutions worldwide. The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains – air, land, sea, space and cyber.
** Responsibilities:
*** Assist in the development and execution of change management plans and strategies.
* Support communication efforts by creating and delivering effective change-related messages to various stakeholders.
* Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and develop contingency plans to address them.
* Monitor and track the progress of change initiatives, ensuring milestones are met.
* Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of changes and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* Provide training and support to employees to facilitate the adoption of new processes and systems.
* Maintain detailed documentation of change management processes and activities.
* Regularly update stakeholders on the status of change initiatives.
* Stay current with industry trends and best practices in change management.
** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
* 0-2 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
* Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required.
* Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
* Ability to obtain and maintain United States Secret Security Clearance
** Qualifications We Prefer:
*** Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci).
* Experience working with Workday Skills Cloud.
* Knowledge of project management principles.
* Advanced degree (Master’s or MBA) in a related field.
* Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.

*** Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment with occasional travel.
* Must be able to work on a computer for extended periods.
* Strong hand and finger dexterity for typing and using office equipment.
