• Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence-based research, nursing policies, and standards of care to provide and ensure safe and excellent delivery of individualized patient‑centered care with a diverse patient population.
• Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues and other members of the health care team regarding patient status, rendered care and treatment plans.
• Responsible for optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience according to Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
• Medication administration utilizing the latest clinical documentation technology designed to ensure the safest delivery of medications to our patients.
• Patient and family‑centered care aimed at optimizing health, wellness and disease management.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration in management of patients’ plan of care and goals from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning and continuum of care.

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred or must be obtained within 3 years.
• 1 year of ICU RN experience required.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, and demonstrate strong accountability for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers.
• Exceptional focus on teamwork, passion to deliver the highest quality of care, and strong patient focus.

Some jobs may also be eligible for performance‑based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts.

In addition to our compensation for full‑time and part‑time (20+ hours/week) job positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits. Starting at $44.24 hourly.
