Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing practices based on the latest evidence-based research, policies, and standards to ensure safe, high-quality, individualized patient care.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients, colleagues, and the healthcare team regarding patient status, care, and treatment plans.
• Administer medications using the latest bar-scanning and documentation technologies to ensure safety.
• Document assessments, care plans, interventions, and evaluations electronically at the point of care.
• Provide patient and family education to promote health, wellness, and disease management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary discharges to ensure safe transitions and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association
• Willingness to pursue BSN within three years of hire or currently enrolled
• At least 1 year of RN experience
• Telemetry certification is a plus
• ACLS certification is preferred
• National certification is a plus
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and demonstrate accountability, teamwork, ongoing education, and patient-focused care

The starting pay is for informational purposes only and not a guarantee. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, skills, location, internal equity, and other factors. Positions may also be eligible for bonuses, incentives, shift differentials, and other benefits.

In addition to salary, we offer comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement plans. Starting at $44.24 hourly.
