Senior Project Manager Haddonfield, NJ

Senior Project Manager with a technical background in the delivery of private site development projects for one of our prestige clients.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
The candidate will lead projects involving office, commercial, recreational, and industrial sites and single / multi-family residential and retail development with an expertise in grading, stormwater management systems, soil erosion/sediment controls, utilities, permitting, public/private roadways and land use compliance, for a position based in our growing Haddonfield, New Jersey office.

Qualifications needed:
A Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in Civil Engineering (BSCE);
A Professional Engineers License in the State of New Jersey is required.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Municipal Engineering.
Certified Municipal Engineer and LEED Certifications are a plus.
Self-starter with the ability and desire to work in a team environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to bring in new work.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydro flow Storm (or other storm drainage design
software), Auto TURN, Primavera and Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel
and Outlook) platforms.
Ability to prepare and review technical and price proposals;
Maintain project budgets and schedules.
Familiarity with Municipal, County, State and Federal project funding requirements; and
A firm grasp of land development skills such as site plan applications, NJPDES and
building permits, land use and SE/SC compliance and testifying on behalf of the client.
