The Role – Behaviour SEN Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a calm, patient, and dedicated Behaviour SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 pupil in Hackney. You will work 1:1 with the child, providing targeted support to help them access the curriculum, manage behaviours, and develop social and emotional skills. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will implement personalised strategies, assist with behaviour plans, and create a safe and supportive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with behavioural needs, strong interpersonal skills, and a nurturing, proactive approach.
