This highly successful Outstanding primary academy requires a reliable and hardworking Caretaker. The school needs a practical hands‑on individual to maintain the daily security, cleanliness and functionality of the building. This is a crucial role supporting the smooth operation of a busy inner‑city primary school.

• Access Anchor :
  Key holder duties managing alarm systems and securely locking up and opening the premises for morning / evening use.
• Maintenance Mechanic :
  Performing minor repairs (general maintenance and decorating) and managing external contractor access.
• Presentation Partner :
  Ensuring all internal and external areas are kept clean tidy and suitable for the young children including setting up resources for events.

• Essential Requirements :
  Proven experience in a maintenance or site support role practical skills and strong commitment to H&S awareness.
• Salary :
  Competitive salary reflecting Inner London weighting (ranging from Annually).
