We'relooking for an inspiring General Manager to take the helm at The Sanctuary House Hotel, one of our flagship Fuller's sites in central London. Thisis a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader who livesand breathes hospitality. The Sanctuary House combines a traditional Fuller'spub and dining room with a 35 bedroom boutique hotel.

• Lead and inspire a passionate, established team
• Take full accountability for both commercial performance and guest experience
• Develop future leaders through coaching and mentoring in the Lead Your Way framework
• Continue the Fuller's tradition of delivering exceptional hospitality in every area throughout the customer journey

• A proven track record of delivering great results and memorable guest experiences
• Confidence managing multi-revenue streams (pub,food, and rooms)
• Strong leadership, communication, andpeople-development skills
