Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking outstanding SEND Learning Support Assistants to join a well-regarded school in Hackney, London. We are looking for enthusiastic, hands-on individuals with experience supporting students with autism, PMLD, and complex needs.
The school places a strong emphasis on both academic and personal support, so candidates must be confident in assisting students with their learning as well as their care needs. You'll also play a key role in promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

To be successful for this role you must:
Bring passion, enthusiasm, and a desire to work in SEND learning environments.
Possess knowledge and experience with SEND students or a strong background in supporting individuals with autism.
Have experience working in the education or care system, supporting either adults or children.
Contribute meaningfully to the students' learning journey.
Job Responsibilities:
Assisting students in the classroom both individually and in groups
Supervising children inside and outside the classroom
Encouraging and supporting students in their learning
Aiding the teacher in lesson preparation and activity planning
