About the Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, both in and out of the classroom

Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and provide one-to-one or small group support where needed

Help manage classroom behaviour and contribute to a positive learning environment

Gain exposure to different subject areas, depending on your background and the school's needs

Be part of a collaborative, supportive staff team with access to training and development

Ideal Candidate:

A recent graduate

Confident, enthusiastic, and proactive with strong communication skills
