Customer Service - Supply

We are looking for a driven Customer Service Associate to join our Supply Chain team. This role sits at the intersection of logistics and customer satisfaction, acting as the vital link between our production facilities and our valued partners.

This isn't just a “support” role; it is a critical function within our Customer Care family. You will be responsible for synchronizing supply with demand, ensuring that our iconic brands reach customers efficiently and reliably.

• Hourly: $24 - $25 per hour

  8 AM - 5 PM

• Act as the primary liaison between customers and distribution centers to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
• Analyze and resolve customer inquiries of moderate complexity, navigating established procedures to find the best outcome for the business and the client.
• Monitor supply chain activities to ensure we are building a competitive infrastructure and leveraging logistics effectively.

• Developed skills through previous supply chain training or relevant work experience.
• The ability to work efficiently within established guidelines while identifying opportunities for business unit impact.
• While you will receive a moderate degree of supervision, you are expected to take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to completion.
