My name is Bill Stevens, and I have a new twelve month plus Supply Chain Program Manager opportunity available for a major firm located in Hackettstown, New Jersey that could be of interest to you, please review my specification below and I am available at any time to speak with you so please feel free to call me. The forty-hour work week schedule will be hybrid, three days a week in the office and two days remote.
The ideal candidate should also possess a green card or be of citizenship. No Visa entanglements and no H1-B holding company submittals.
This position pays $42.00 per hour on a w-2 hourly basis.
Responsibilities:
Risk Mitigation and Governance
Lead cross-functional governance forums to ensure risk visibility, prioritization, and alignment on mitigation actions, including resource allocation and cross-category trade-offs
Facilitate supply chain business continuity workshops, document actions, and drive follow-through via standardized processes.
Drive efficiency and effectiveness in Category Team risk management processes through the adoption of resilience digital tools (e.g., E2E Digital Twin, Predictive Supplier Insights, Material Supply Security)
Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships to coordinate resilience activities in response to supply chain events
Ensure compliance with Commercial Resilience Policy in all risk management activities.
Program and Change Management:
Develop a comprehensive supplier risk management framework in compliance with the Commercial Resilience Policy covering risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation strategies across the supply base
Collaborate with Global Resilience Functional experts and external partners to drive benchmarking, share best practices, and standardize tools and processes.
Onboard organization to new resilience processes, ways of working, and tools
Lead resiliency training and development within the regional commercial function
Champion change management initiatives to embed resilience in business culture
Reporting and Data Validation
Maintain and report regional resiliency KPI; identify and drive improvement opportunities
Represent NA as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Digital Twin Power BI Dashboard
Apply advanced data analytics to automate risk monitoring and reporting
Ensure accuracy and integrity of all resilience-related data
Qualifications:
University degree (i.e., Bachelor) in engineering or business / economics / finance / supply chain or similar.
5+ years of relevant experience in the areas of strategic procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing
Advanced project management skills, strategic agility and influencing skills
Experience working in a large, global, highly matrixed organization; able to facilitate teamwork across corporate boundaries.
Broad interest in business, global trends, macro-economics, and politics
Strong standing alone with the ability to challenge the status quo
Curiosity to work through ambiguity, develop personal network within various teams, and learn cross functional ways of working
Understands E2E Supply Chain connectivity (preferred)
Technical
Skills:
Clear track record of influencing stakeholders
Analytical capability and problem solving
Focuses efforts on continuous improvement
Maintains relationships across a variety of functions and locations.
Preferred: working knowledge of how to operate Power BI dashboard, apply filters, review + analyze visual data representations, intermediate or better Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's, Sumifs, Filters, data formatting)
