Overview
The position is responsible for managing the end-to-end inbound supply chain for a specific group of raw materials in the direct sourcing area. It will ensure continuity of lean inbound supply chains, and high service and quality levels on a day-to-day basis using data and analytics. The role works closely with the sourcing managers to drive the efficient and effective implementation of regional sourcing strategies, deliver cost savings and drive the qualification and performance of new suppliers.
Whatare we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, supply chain or related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics or Procurement
- Experiences with continuous improvement and supply chain optimization programs and supplier relationship management
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing, operations, and financial data analysis
- Effective communicator, excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, able to effectively work within cross-functional teams
- Experience in SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Assures continuity of the inbound supply of raw materials into product manufacturing locations through the application of inbound supply chain strategies.
- Acts as the primary factory liaison leading the risk mitigation planning and issue resolution for the inbound supply chain of raw materials to ensure service and quality risks are minimized.
- Develops and executes lean improvement action plans in the supply chain strategy. Monitors changes and adjusts plans to sustain performance.
- Partners with direct material Sourcing Managers to provide input to the Category Sourcing Strategy and to align on the strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Leads buying category collaboration with procurement & R&D peers.
- Manages supplier relationships to ensure supplier performance and adherence to quality standards and requirements.
- Works closely with R&D and Supply Divisions to identify, develop, and maximize the cost reduction opportunities through developing a productivity pipeline.
- Supports new product launches and line extensions by collaborating with key business stakeholders to assure supplier conformance to internal requirements.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.

The pay range shown is applicable to all locations listed within the job posting: USD 76,917.00 - USD
