Job Description

This role involves operating kitchen equipment, managing inventory, processing orders, and delivering products to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Essential skills and qualifications:

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for taking and processing orders.
• Excellent motor coordination and manual dexterity to make precise movements quickly.
• Proficiency in entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to understand and convey written instructions correctly.
• Effective verbal communication with customers and coworkers, both over the phone and in person.
• Capable of delivering products by car to customers' doors, including handling flyers and door hangers.
• Strong navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses within designated delivery areas, and navigate adverse terrain such as multi‑story buildings, private homes, and delivery sites while carrying product.
