As consumer preferences continue shifting toward alcohol alternatives, retailers are actively seeking compliant, premium products that drive repeat purchase and strong margins. Our portfolio was built specifically for retail execution, compliance-first, premium-positioned, and designed for long-term velocity.
We work closely with retail partners and distributors to build sustainable distribution — not short-term placements. Our strategy is rooted in disciplined field execution, strong reorder rates, and long-term brand equity.
We are expanding our field sales team and hiring across multiple experience levels.
We are building a high-performance field sales organization and are currently hiring:
- Entry-level sales professionals looking to grow
- Mid-level beverage/CPG reps ready to own a territory
- Senior beverage alcohol veterans who can build and scale markets
This is a territory-based, field-driven role focused on:
- Opening new retail accounts
- Executing in-store merchandising and displays
- Owning revenue growth within your market
Depending on your experience level, this role may involve:
- Building distribution from scratch
- Scaling and optimizing an established territory
- Leading high-value retail accounts
- Contributing to state expansion strategy

Experience Guidelines (Flexible Based on Level):
- 1–3 years sales experience (entry-level growth role)
- 3–6 years beverage alcohol / CPG experience (territory manager level)
- 7+ years beverage alcohol experience (senior / market builder level)
Strong preference for candidates with liquor retail or distributor relationships.
