• Prepare menu items as per the given recipes, plate presentations, and specifications, ensuring each dish meets quality standards.
• Complete all assigned prep work efficiently and set up the workstation.
• Follow sanitary and safe food handling practices at all times.
• Clean and sanitize work area before, during, and after each shift; complete daily and weekly cleaning projects to maintain a hygienic and organized kitchen environment.
• Verify stock and set up equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

• Great communication skills are crucial for coordinating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of dishes.
• Highly mobile and able to move quickly and efficiently throughout the entire shift.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift between 25–50 pounds.
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
