We’re looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead compliance and quality operations across a dynamic manufacturing environment for our growing client in Bergen County, NJ. This role oversees quality systems, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvement across the organization.
As the Quality Manager, you will guide Quality Compliance teams, partner cross‑functionally, and help shape the processes that keep products safe, compliant, and high‑quality.
Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of the Quality Compliance function, setting priorities and driving team performance.
- Support validation activities to ensure processes and systems meet regulatory expectations.
- Ensure full adherence to ISO and FDA GMP standards.
- Oversee deviation management, ensuring thorough investigations and durable CAPA outcomes
- Coordinate internal audit schedules, oversee execution, and confirm timely completion of corrective actions.
- Partner with compliance auditors to maintain alignment with federal, state, and local regulatory standards.
- Track quality metrics, investigate emerging issues, and implement solutions that strengthen compliance.
- Manage SOP development, updates, and overall documentation control within GMP workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality and Compliance.
- Strong understanding of GMP, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
- Skilled in problem‑solving, communication, authorship, and reviewing investigations.
- Experience in coaching, planning, decision making, and team development.
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Bi‑lingual Spanish a plus.
