We are seeking an experienced veterinarian to lead our multi-doctor practice in beautiful Bergen County in Northern New Jersey. • Fully Equipped GP Practice

  Full surgery suite with multiparameter monitoring equipment, dental x-ray, ultrasound, in house lab machines, nearby specialty hospitals for referral/consults when needed, fully electronic medical records (ezyVet), etc.

• DVM/VMD or equivalent
• Internship-trained or 4+ years of experience
• 2-3 years of leadership experience preferred
• Passion for offering gold-standard medical care
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Interested in helping a practice grow both through medical leadership and operationally
• Committed to continued education and professional development - both yours and your team s
• Ability to foster a collaborative and nurturing work environment for diverse teams
• Dedicated to leading and mentoring a team of veterinarians and support staff

We know a healthy work-life balance is critical to your long-term success and growth as a veterinarian, and so we offer the following compensation package:

• Signing bonus of $20,000
• Competitive compensation: $150,000+. The greater of your base salary or production. Salary commensurate with experience
• Eligible for practice quarterly and end-of-year bonuses
• Flexible 4 or 5-day work schedule (open 7 days/week). No overnights, no on-call.
• Unlimited CE registration reimbursement and additional paid days off to attend CE
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Full reimbursement for all licenses, membership dues, VIN account and PLIT coverage
• Generous PTO and the practice is closed on major holidays

Production/salary, base commensurate with experience
