• Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence‑based research, nursing policies, and standards of care to provide safe and excellent individualized patient‑centered care with a diverse patient population.
• Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues and other health care team members regarding patient status, rendered care and treatment plans.
• Responsible for optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience according to Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
• Medication administration utilizing the latest clinical documentation technology to ensure the safest delivery of medications.
• Patient and family centered care aimed at optimizing health, wellness and disease management.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration in management of the patient’s plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning and continuum of care.

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
• Must have six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience or be an active participant with Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, strong sense of accountability for improving patients’ lives and a passion for delivering highest quality care.

Minimum hourly rate of $44.24. HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency. The posted rate is a reasonable good‑faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role at the time of posting in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act.
