• Deliver nursing practices according to the most up‑to‑date evidence‑based research, nursing policies, and standards of care to provide safe and excellent individualized patient care.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues, and other members of the health‑care team regarding patient status, rendered care, and treatment plans.
• Administer medications using state‑of‑the‑art bar‑scanning and documentation technologies to ensure safety.
• Document point‑of‑care electronic records for each patient’s assessment, plan of care, interventions, and evaluation.
• Provide patient and family‑centered education aimed at optimizing health, wellness, and disease management.
• Participate in multi‑disciplinary discharge planning to ensure safe transition and continuum of care.

• New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse License is required.
• BSN in progress and/or willingness to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• Minimum of six (6) months of relevant nursing experience, or active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health’s Nurse Residency Program.
• Strong ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, and dedication to teamwork, continuous education, and highest quality patient care.
• BLS/CPR certification by the American Heart Association required within 60 days of hire.

Starting at $47.39 per hour. The posted rate reflects a reasonable estimate of the minimum base pay in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act. It does not represent the full value of our competitive total rewards package. Compensation may include performance‑based incentives, bonuses, commissions, and shift differentials for evening, night, or weekend work.
