Membership Coordinator

Supporting the Advanced Practitioner Society for Hematology and Oncology

Full-Time, Remote

Conexiant is seeking a high-performing Membership Coordinator to support APSHO, a nationally recognized professional society advancing excellence in hematology and oncology care.

This is more than an administrative role — it is an opportunity to grow into a strategic membership leader within a rapidly expanding medical society. We are looking for someone who understands that membership is the engine of an organization and is motivated to strengthen engagement, drive retention, and elevate the member experience.

• Execute recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies
• Manage and optimize APSHO’s Association Management System (Your Membership), Higher Logic community platform, and learning systems
• Oversee the annual renewal cycle and data reporting
• Deliver concierge-level member service
• Support strategic society initiatives and digital engagement efforts
• You will collaborate closely with the Member Services Manager and report to the Executive Director.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience with association management systems required (Your Membership, Higher Logic)
• Experience with learning management systems required (Elevate, Path)
• Highly organized, digitally savvy, and detail-oriented
• Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Calm, professional, and service-minded under deadlines
• Energized by building professional communities
• Occasional travel and limited evening meetings required.
