We are seeking a Commercial & Business Litigation Attorney to join a well-established litigation practice handling complex disputes for sophisticated clients. This is a hybrid role based in Hackensack, NJ
, offering meaningful courtroom exposure, autonomy, and long-term growth.

This role involves hands-on responsibility across a wide range of commercial and civil litigation matters
, including business disputes, contract claims, tort actions, and related complex litigation. Attorneys are trusted to think strategically, manage cases, and engage directly with clients.

• Handle all phases of commercial and business litigation
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials
• Develop litigation strategy and advise clients on risk and resolution
• Collaborate with experienced litigators while managing matters independently

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active New Jersey Bar admission (required)
• Experience in commercial litigation, civil litigation, or business disputes
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Professional judgment, responsiveness, and a client-focused approach
• The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 to $190,000 -- Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
• Bonus Structure: Annual (discretionary) and 25% Origination
