Harwood Lloyd, LLP of Hackensack, NJ is looking to hire a full‑time Paralegal with experience in Commercial Real Estate and Litigation to join our transactional group. The position requires hands‑on experience drafting legal documents, opening, maintaining, and organizing client files, monitoring attorneys’ calendars, answering client calls with professional telephone etiquette, and scheduling Zoom meetings. Your accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail ensure that tasks are completed correctly from the first attempt.

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal – Responsibilities

You will work hand‑in‑hand with attorneys to provide daily administrative support, file motions, draft legal documents, and open, maintain, and organize client files. You will monitor attorneys’ calendars, answer client calls, schedule Zoom meetings, and coordinate closings and meetings. Your positive, can‑do attitude, organization, people skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team will help you succeed in an ethical firm where customer service is a priority.

  • Experience communicating directly with the courts and clients

Work Schedule

Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, in‑office; hybrid available.
