We are partnering with a well established New Jersey based firm looking to add a Commercial Litigation Associate with at least three years of experience handling complex disputes.
This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct partner interaction, and exposure to sophisticated, high stakes matters across a range of industries. The firm values strong writing, clear advocacy, and collaboration.
Responsibilities- Provide legal representation and strategic guidance in complex commercial litigation matters
- Collaborate with partners and practice teams on case strategy, writing, and advocacy
- Contribute to filings, hearings, and client communications across diverse industries
- 3+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Active New Jersey bar admission
- Strong academic background and writing skills
- Base salary up to $365,000 depending on experience
